Every asset that comes through our hands is evaluated based upon the return over a 10 year hold. If it does not meet our criteria we sell the property immediately.
The assets that are sold immediately are sold by picking up the phone and dealing with our contacts throughout our network. We sell mostly through relationships and not by advertising.
